According to him, the Ukrainian people became hostages of the kyiv regime and the Western masters, who occupied this country in political, military and economic terms.
“No one thought about the people in Ukraine, they were prepared for sacrifice as consumables,” he explained.
The head of state noted that the West is using Ukraine as a training ground and a battering ram against Russia.
Vladimir Putin stressed that the responsibility for inciting the conflict and the victims in Ukraine lies precisely with the West and the Kiev regime, to which the Ukrainian people are alien.
