According to the Kremlin press service, the head of the Ministry of Transport Vitaly Savelyev, as well as the chairman of the State Council in the direction of “Transport” Alexei Tsydenov, will make opening speeches. In addition, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoit and Nizhny Novgorod Region Governor Gleb Nikitin will attend the event.
On the same day, Vladimir Putin and Sergei Sobyanin, as part of the exhibition Year of the New Transport Framework, will open passenger traffic along the MCD-3 and get acquainted with plans to develop the transport infrastructure of the region of the capital.
