On Friday, the Absolute Championship Akhmat tournament takes place in Moscow. In one of the fights, the debut fight in mixed martial arts was carried out by 16-year-old Eli Kadyrov, the son of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
His opponent in a three-round bout was Islam Akbarov, who also had his first MMA fight.
Eli Kadyrov’s second in this fight was the famous UFC fighter of Chechen origin Khamzat Chimaev.
The fight ended in the first round. In the third minute, Kadyrov knocked out his opponent.
The main event of the tournament will be the duel between Artem Reznikov and Andrey Koshkin.
