A full trailer for the sixth part of the horror film “Scream”, the world premiere of which will take place on March 10, 2023, appeared on the Web. In the video, Ghostface attacks buyers.
According to the plot of the new tape, four survivors of the Woodsboro murders – Sam, Tara, the brothers Chad and Mindy – move to New York. Their roles were played by Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, Mason Gooding, and Jasmine Savoy Brown. In the city, they want to start a new life and deal with the psychological trauma after meeting Ghostface. Unfortunately for them, in the metropolis, the killer finds them, and not only.
The film will also feature the franchise’s beloved heroine Kirby Reed, who will once again be played by Hayden Panettiere. Her character first appeared in Scream 4 as the only teenager to survive a series of murders. In addition, Courteney Cox will return to the role of journalist Gail Weathers.
The directors were Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, who worked on the fifth film in the franchise. Scream 6 was produced by Paul Neinstein, William Sherak, Kevin Williamson, Chad Villella, and others.
