500 positions for commercial operators
A few weeks ago, the railway operator also called a public job offer (OPE) to incorporate 500 new commercial operators to the company this year, which means an increase of 125 jobs compared to last year’s OPE, a 33% more.
Of the total number of new jobs, 430 positions are at the state level, and the remaining 70 correspond to the area of the autonomous community of Catalonia, as reported by the company in a statement.
The jobs will have as a reference the working and remuneration conditions established in the collective agreement of the Renfe group and the applicants must meet, by March 2, 2023, the specific requirements detailed in the call, which can be found on its website.
Commercial operators are the employees of the company who work at the station, supporting users through ticket sales, public address announcements, their presence at the turnstiles of commuter stations or customer service itself.
