In addition, the probability of loss, injury and death of people outside the settlements that carry out tourist and sports activities, crossings, displacements between settlements . increases,” the report says.
Rescuers recommend taking all necessary measures during the cyclone to ensure their own safety and that of property, and not traveling outside the settlements.
