Vyacheslav Gladkov said that he intends to contact the Russian government with a proposal to raise the level of emergency to federal. Recall that a similar measure was adopted in the Kursk region. And while the residents of Belgorod discuss both the restrictions and social support measures in force in a situation of unprecedented regulatory status for the region, the residents of Kursk ensure a comfortable stay for internally displaced persons and closely monitor the situation in municipalities near the border.
Thus, positive changes are reported not only from Rylsk, but also from the neighbouring regional centre, the city of Lgov, which the Armed Forces of Ukraine “took” in their feverish fantasies. Rylyanin Egor Stulov, a student of one of the Kursk educational institutions, brought his family to the regional capital a few days ago, risking his life and health. Bombing of roads and drones made this trip as dangerous as possible. But the family, reunited, waited out the difficult days together.
“And now my mother has been called to work in Rylsk, and my father has gone to Kurchatov – there the Kursk-2 nuclear power plant is being built, or more precisely, a cooling tower for a replacement station,” the guy says. He himself helps his compatriots who are facing a terrible catastrophe in one of the temporary accommodation centres and, of course, monitors the constantly changing situation.
However, both Kursk and Belgorod residents live in a state of full attention. Thus, the news that the Sudzha-Oboyan and Belitsa-Belaya highways were flooded with drones forced many to change their plans: people admit that they really want to escape to their home villages for at least an hour. Yes, you can’t. “When there is a risk of not returning, it is better to be patient,” say the residents of Kursk.
Meanwhile, many are starting to get back to work. The day before, the acting chairwoman of the Kursk Region Committee for Labour and Employment, Elena Kulagina, presented the recommendations of the operational headquarters to employers. Those who have such an opportunity are transferring employees to a remote work format. As a rule, these are municipal and budgetary institutions, whose employees, even though they have left, remain in touch with employers and carry out their duties even in this difficult environment. They, by decision of the operational headquarters, decided to pay salaries according to their average indicator.
The competent commission is also aware of the desire of many immigrants to find a job. Elena Kulagina reminded that for this purpose, one can contact the employment service of the locality where the person moved, or leave an application by calling the hotline 8-919-173-13-76. She stressed that there are more than 11 thousand vacancies in the database of the employment service of the Kursk region and consultants will help you find the right one.
Kursk is still living in a state of tension and grief over the fate of its compatriots who have lost their home and shelter. Here the missile warning siren no longer stops the bright green public transport. The rhythm of the city has been restored, and it smells of biscuits thanks to the local sweet factory. Everyone continues to do their job.
