On the terrace near Swan Lake in Gorky Park there is a pop-up studio of Applied Ingredients, founded by Ivan Dubkov in 2019. The project has developed a special menu inspired by street food from around the world, from Qatar to Venice. We will try grilled meat with blanched cabbage leaves and pineapple, watermelon with apple balsamic and pistachio dukkah, beef sausages with cabbage stewed in apple beer and Uzbek tomatoes with stracciatella and strawberries.

On August 5, traditional Italian cuisine restaurant Garda and German skincare brand Arcaya are launching a collaboration: a summer dessert and cocktail menu inspired by the Summer vibes beauty ampoule set, which guests receive as a gift upon ordering. Specialties include the Crystal cocktail based on vanilla and passion fruit infusion with lychee and coconut foam and the Anna Pavlova dessert with yuzu sorbet and mango and passion fruit sauce.

Chef Vlad Piskunov created a tasting set inspired by traditional Russian sports, including lapta and gorodki. It included three snacks with crispy chips: dried duck tartare and cucumber with honey, goat cheese with pear and beetroot, and pate with tomato jam. They are served in lapta. Sambo personifies the mimosa salad prepared in the Japanese style. Villages are represented by beef cabbage rolls, built in the shape of one of the game figures, with sour cream and vegetable velouté, and GTO is a dish of mushrooms, cod, and cucumbers. Arranged in a classic triangle, the Russian Billiards dessert balls combine honey sponge cake with cherries, raspberries, and white chocolate.

On August 7, the IZUMI izakaya bar will host a dinner by the brand’s chef Kobayashi Katsuhiko, who worked in France for more than 10 years at the Michelin-starred restaurants Laurent and La Bastide Saint-Antoine. He will prepare five Japanese summer dishes. The evening begins with shrimp croquettes with mashed potatoes, followed by thin somen noodles with dashi fish broth and oshi-zushi with eel, cream cheese and caviar. For the main course: grilled filet mignon with miso-chilli sauce and eringi mushrooms. The dinner will end with a fashionable pudding with summer fruits and berries.

On August 4, Share will host an event with the participation of the chef and head bartender of Ester restaurant. At 5:00 p.m., chef Sergei Nosov will start preparing authentic Israeli snacks on the teppan: pita with chicken and lamb. And at 7:00 p.m., bartender Yaroslav Kindzersky will present a collection of cocktails: “Rina” with watermelon and lychee, “Ester” with salted lemons, “Jeita” with oregano and “Maya” with pomegranate and osmanthus. The Sabor a mi band will provide the atmosphere and musical accompaniment.

YUMMS and Layerz, a famous Australian company, have announced a collaboration. The bakery’s baked goods (chocolate brownie, honey cake and Basque cheesecake) can now be enjoyed in ice cream form. And the dessert bar’s ice cream with caramel, chocolate and violet rain flavours is presented in a new way: in a freshly baked croissant cup. The dessert presentation is planned for this Friday: the teams are organising a mini-party where they can try out new products and listen to music on the terrace.
“Golden Childhood” Exhibition

A new exhibition by artist Dmitry Plotkin “Golden Childhood” has opened in Sölna Bistro and can be purchased in its entirety. The author dedicated his work to man: his relationship with the world around him, with other people, his memories, dreams and dreams. One of the paintings, “The Judgement of Paris”, inspired bar manager Vasily Anisimov to create a themed cocktail “The Apple of Discord” with aloe cordial and a mix of three peppers. You can visit the exhibition until September 9.
