Yandex Lavka and the chefs of Moscow and St. Petersburg restaurants have developed a New Year’s menu, dishes that visitors can taste only during the January holidays. This opportunity will be available in some 20 establishments in the two capitals.
This is Lavka’s first joint project with restaurants, in which chefs use the service’s own brand products for cooking. When developing the menu, each chef selected the products under his own service brand and used them to create original dishes and drinks.
Thus, the chef of the Dizengof/99 chain chose for his dishes pineapple ice cream, brie cheese and halloumi, as well as currant juice. In the capital, festive dishes can be tasted in the House of Cultures, Lado, Found and others, and in St. Petersburg – in Zoe, Civil, Kuznyahouse, V more often and, for example, Nothing Fancy.
Until January 9, visitors to the establishments will be able to sample halloumi with zaatar in a pita, tomodoro pasta with stracciatella, ricotta granola, date toffee with salted caramel sundae, and much more.
