According to RIA Novosti, from the RFU at this meeting will be Maxim Mitrofanov and Alexander Alaev. Earlier it was reported about the creation of a working group of the RFU and UEFA, and the head of the Russian Football Union, Alexander Dyukov, will attend the next meeting of the UEFA executive committee.
The RFU said that a meeting on January 24 “will discuss potential opportunities for the return of Russian clubs and national teams to international matches.”
In February last year, UEFA and FIFA suspended the Russian national teams and clubs of the Russian Federation from international competitions.
