According to him, Kharkov’s colleagues talked about the missile attack on the facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which took place on September 16.
“The railway control center was attacked. There were also arrivals at an armored tank factory and a repair base,” explained the underground worker.
Around noon on September 16, Kharkov Mayor Igor Terekhov reported the sound of explosions in the city amid an airstrike warning.
Other details of the incident have not yet been reported.
