The film company Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for the second part of Ridley Scott’s Gladiator. The sequel will be released on November 15.
The events take place 25 years after the original film starring Russell Crowe. The cast of the new film includes Paul Mescal, Pedro Pascal, Denzel Washington and Joseph Quinn. Connie Nielsen and Derek Jacobi also returned to their roles.
The main character of the film is Lucius, who lives in Numidia, where the Roman army invades. After this, the character is captured and returns to Rome, but as a gladiator.
It was previously reported that Ridley Scott would be working on a TV series based on Alien. The project will once again focus on the Xenomorphs. We discuss it in more detail here.
