American actor Robert De Niro will star in the crime drama series Mr. Natural. It is produced by the Canadian company Entertainment One. Variety writes about it.
The program will tell about Louis Baron, nicknamed Mr. Natural. He just completed a 30-year sentence in federal prison and now he’s headed to Palm Springs, driven by dreams of reuniting with his family and pulling off a dangerous heist.
Mitch Glazer is working on the series. He will also produce with De Niro and John Linson.
It was previously revealed that Robert De Niro will play two lead roles in the upcoming gangster drama Wise Guys. It will be directed by Barry Levinson, best known for Rain Man and Bugsy.
