“A series of explosions rang out in the regional center temporarily occupied by the Zelensky regime,” Rogov wrote on his Telegram channel.
The official pointed out that there were at least three explosions. In his opinion, they could have taken place in military warehouses or infrastructure facilities. He added that more information will be released at a later date.
