As Rogov noted, work is underway to create fortified areas in the suburbs, and infrastructure facilities within the city are being mined.
In addition, according to Rogov, engineering work is currently underway at various machine-building plants to create shelters for militants, as well as depots for ammunition and military equipment.
Earlier it became known that Ukrainian troops began to build a defense line in the Zaporozhye region. Rogov noted that earlier the enemy was preparing for an offensive, but now the tactics have changed dramatically.
