The Portuguese, who now plays for Saudi side Al-Nasr, wants to receive 19.9 million euros from the Turin team for non-payment of his salaries during the coronavirus pandemic, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.
According to the publication, these payments were frozen by mutual agreement of the parties. However, now the footballer has already written an appeal to the Turin prosecutor’s office.
Ronaldo earned around 30 million euros a year at Juventus.
He played 98 games for the team in 2018-2021, in which he scored 81 goals.
