Karchaa stressed that the fact that the parties are unanimous in their opinion on the creation of a security zone does not solve the problem. According to him, what is needed are not declarations, but mechanisms to create that zone.
“There are many imitations, things are done differently,” he told TASS.
In addition, the achievement of this agreement involves a large number of participants, the main one of which is the military and politico-military leadership.
Karchaa also clarified that the process is complicated by the lack of independence and the incompetence of Ukraine, which is controlled by the West, which is interested “in maintaining a military confrontation.”
