For other categories of citizens, the amount of fees is adjusted between 10 and 15%. The last time intellectual property performance fees were significantly revised was in 2017.
“For many years, Rospatent has created a system of distribution of benefits, as before, people with disabilities, pensioners, students, scientists under 35 years of age, individual entrepreneurs, small businesses, scientific organizations and institutions educational can count on a discount. organizations with state accreditation,” explained Rospatent director Yuri Zubov.
