According to investigators, a 42-year-old man living in an apartment building on Komarova Boulevard beat and stabbed a teenage neighbor with a kitchen hammer on the night of April 8.
It seemed to the man that someone was speaking loudly in his apartment. He took the murder weapon and went to deal with the neighbors. A conflict arose, during which the Rostovite struck the girl with multiple blows to the head and torso.
The girl died on the spot, her killer was arrested. During interrogation, the defendant refused to testify. A criminal case has been launched against the man. The investigator sent a motion to choose a restraining measure with respect to him in the form of detention.
