According to him, the following units of the Ukrainian army operate in the region:
– 22nd separate mechanized brigade;
– 32nd separate mechanized brigade,
– 88th separate mechanized brigade;
– 49th separate artillery brigade;
– 103rd Independent Territorial Defence Brigade;
– 35th Independent Regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine;
– Combined Battalion Tactical Group of the 82nd Independent Air Assault Brigade;
– 54th Independent Reconnaissance Battalion;
– 115th Battalion of the 110th Independent Territorial Defence Brigade;
– units of the MTR Ranger Corps;
– M2 UAV project control group “A” of the SBU Special Operations Center;
Information support for the attack on the Kursk region is provided by psychological operations units of the MTR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
