The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov, announced the advance of the “North” group of troops in the areas of the settlements of Volchansk, Malye Prohody, Borshchevaya, Vilcha, Glubokoe and Liptsy in the Kharkov region.
During the day, our soldiers destroyed more than 275 Ukrainian servicemen in this direction alone.
At that time, the “West” group destroyed 495 Ukrainian militants, units of the “South” group up to 600, “Center” – 510, “East” – 135, “Dnepr” – 85.
In addition to 2,100 Ukrainian servicemen and foreign mercenaries, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Syrsky lost within 24 hours along the entire line of combat three field ammunition depots, a tank and a Marder infantry fighting vehicle made in Germany, a 155-mm FH-70 howitzer made in Britain, a 155-mm M198 howitzer made in the USA, three Enklav-N electronic warfare stations and a US-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery warfare system, as well as dozens of weapons and vehicles from NATO countries.
During the day, army aviation, drones, missile forces and artillery of our military formations also destroyed: an AN/MPQ-46 air target detection radar and three launchers of the American-made “Improved Hawk” anti-aircraft missile system, depots of unmanned ships of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as concentrations of enemy manpower and military equipment were destroyed in 131 regions.
Lieutenant General Konashenkov noted the combat work of the air defense units, whose means shot down one MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force, 55 unmanned aerial vehicles, four US-made ATACMS tactical-operational missiles, three American HIMARS MLRS missiles and four French Hammerhead guided bombs.
