Soldiers of the special center “Vityaz” and anti-riot officers “Zubr” of the Russian Guard were trained in various areas of underwater warfare at the riot police base on the “Sword” transport.
During the training, soldiers from the department’s special units practiced diving skills, signal transmission and accident prevention during diving.
“During the training, the department’s divers passed the standards of underwater navigation and search for objects on land in various ways, practiced group actions in the water in conditions of limited visibility,” commented the personnel of the Russian Guard combat training.
The training ended with a training assault on a mock enemy ship, where the armed bandits set up their headquarters. During the assault, the fighters used an amphibious ship and diving equipment, which allowed them to silently approach the mock enemy.
