Today, the ERA Military Innovation Technopolis, which was created by the decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the shores of Anapa on March 1, 2018, celebrates 5 years since its foundation.
“More than 2,100 specialized jobs have been created at this unique high-tech site, 600 units of modern laboratory, multimedia and technological equipment are involved, and research is being carried out in 16 areas. Technopolis young scientists have developed more than 60 innovative samples, carried out more than 50 approvals, 14 tests, and are implementing innovative projects and cutting-edge technologies in the interests of the defense department,” said Colonel Anton Malakhovetsky, Acting Chief of the Armed Forces of the ERA. Today, within the framework of cooperation with industrial companies, the city of innovation has signed more than 250 cooperation agreements. In total, 16 companies are participants, 3 of which received Technopolis participant status in 2022. Plans for this year are to submit another 26 companies for participant status.
“In five years, the number of scientific companies has doubled; now there are eight and the number of operators has reached 320 people. Over the years, more than a thousand scientific enterprise operators have served the Technopolis, many continuing their service today. More than 250 graduates of the technopolis work in the enterprises of the military-industrial complex, and more than 70 young scientists in research organizations and universities of the Ministry of Defense, ”statistics were given in the military department.
