The trailer for the horror film “Rise of the Evil Dead” from the franchise created by Sam Raimi has appeared on the Web. The film will be released on April 21, 2023.
The film will take place in Los Angeles. Two sisters named Beth and Ellie try to protect the family when the crowd of the dead enters their apartment. There they find a mysterious book that can raise the dead.
The director and screenwriter of the new part was Lee Cronin, known for the horror film The Other. Starring Alyssa Sutherland and Lily Sullivan. Filming with the support of New Line Cinema took place in New Zealand.
Rise of the Evil Dead was originally planned to be released exclusively on HBO Max. However, Warner Bros. Discovery instead decided to give the sequel a full theatrical release.
Earlier, the BBC released a new trailer for the special Doctor Who episodes. Its premiere will take place in 2023. Read more here.
