The President of the Government and leader of the PSOE, Pedro Sánchez, has once again announced an economic measure in the middle of the electoral race towards May 28. On this occasion, the leader of the Executive has taken advantage of an act in Valladolid to ensure that next Tuesday the Council of Ministers will give the green light to a package of 38.5 million euros that will be transferred to the autonomous communities to continue promoting attention to the mental health, apart from the one announced this Saturday to reinforce Primary Care.
Sánchez made this announcement at an electoral rally, in which, among others, the leader of the PSOE in Castilla y León, Luis Tudanca, and the mayor of Valladolid, Óscar Puente, participated, and which was attended by around 1,500 people, according to ferraz sources.
The same sources have detailed that of the 38.5 million euros that the Council of Ministers will allocate to mental health, 14.5 million euros will go to improve the equipment in health centers. “Citizens’ problems cannot wait and this government is going to continue resolving and providing solutions to problems”, also in the field of mental health, indicated the socialist leader.
