It is she who is responsible for the historical appearance of the city, as well as for the technical condition of historical buildings. Last year, 10 meetings of this commission were held, as a result of which recommendations were drawn up on types of finishes and color schemes for facades for 276 buildings to be renovated in 2022-2023. In addition, the Commission has already started preparing materials for further work on the buildings that will be renovated in 2025.
At the same time, the board members came to the conclusion that the Regional Program for the Rehabilitation of Apartment Buildings in the Territory for 2014-2049 has largely lost its relevance in terms of the sequence and volumes required for work. Therefore, Aleksey Logvinenko gave instructions to carry out a thorough inspection of the houses, as well as to control the sequence of work in the premises this year.
At the last meeting attention was paid to such an important problem as the prevention of tick bites. Unfortunately, they are also located within the city. According to doctors, the epidemiological situation regarding diseases transmitted by these parasites remains tense. For this reason, the corresponding services are processing the mass leisure areas of the neighbors.
This is paying off: this year there has been a decrease in the number of tick bites by almost 20 percent.
In Rostov, a contract was signed for the processing of municipal territories, which include forests, parks, squares, cemeteries. Until now, the territories of gardening associations are causing concern: acaricide treatment here is obliged to be carried out by the leadership of the SNT.
In addition, the board discussed the readiness of Rostov to fight fires. Their number in the city has decreased by almost 50% compared to the same period last year, but control on the territory is still being strengthened. 7 surveillance cameras are involved. Interdepartmental operational groups work daily. All the fire hydrants located in the city’s water supply networks are in good technical condition. For fire extinguishing needs, 4,304 fire hydrants can be used. The forces and resources of the city are ready for the 2023 fire season.
