According to the SBU, this man has been hiding from the authorities for more than 8 years. The department reports that the man called for the assault on the institution and the change of the borders of Ukraine.
The SBU explained that the detainee “observed the secrecy measures.” It is specified that he often changed his place of residence and mobile phone number. But in the end, the SBU managed to track him down and arrest him.
The department added that after a search of the detainee’s apartment, Russian flags, St. George ribbons, a sniper rifle with optics and cartridges were found.
The SBU said that a criminal case had been opened against the detainee under the article on “invasion of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine” and on “illegal handling of weapons and ammunition”.
Earlier, in Odessa, residents were detained, who on the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation hung the flag of Russia with the inscription “Odessa is a Russian city.”
