According to the telegram channel ‘112’, the 64-year-old showman received a message from an unknown phone number, in which an unidentified attacker, who called himself a friend of the artist, said that he was in an emergency and urgently needed 140 thousand rubles.
The TV presenter did not hesitate to transfer money to it. And only later, suspecting something was wrong, Shirvindt contacted a friend to clear it up. Having found out that he “he did not write you any SMS and does not need money.” The police are currently investigating the incident.
Mikhail Shirvindt is the son of the People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Shirvindt. He was a stage actor, hosting the TV shows Dog Show Me and My Dog and I Want to Know.
