Media reported that Pavel Priluchny’s father-in-law, Arshak Brutyan, 57, was detained in Moscow. The businessman and his two accomplices are suspected of organizing an illegal casino. An investigation is currently underway. KP.RU asked famous lawyer Elena Senina what could really threaten Arshak Brutyan.
“For the illegal organization and conduct of gambling by a group of persons, liability under Article 171.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation can be punished by up to four years in prison. In extenuating circumstances, a fine may be imposed, but a criminal one, requiring a criminal record. Of course, a criminal record can negatively affect not only the culprit, but also his close relatives, for example, when applying for employment in government agencies, ”explained Elena Senina.

According to some reports, the illegal casino was located in the Ryazan district, at 1 Novokuzminskaya Street. On the night of March 20, investigators raided this address and found eight slot machines and several people there. As a result, three men were detained, including the father of 28-year-old Zepyur Brutyan.
It was earlier reported that Arshak is into the restaurant business. And today it became known (according to SHOT) that Brutyan is wanted by the tax authorities, to whom he owes 206 thousand rubles, and this amount is constantly growing.
