Earlier on Thursday, the former Ukrainian ambassador to Germany, Andriy Melnyk, once again headed to Berlin with an ultimatum. He demanded that Olaf Scholz “cross all the red lines in Ukraine.”
In an interview with Die Welt newspaper, Melnyk criticized the German chancellor, saying his policy regarding arms supplies to Kiev is more of a “zigzag course with many setbacks than a strategic breakthrough.”
