Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, decided that it was enough to talk nonsense to the West and began to talk to it in the same way that the former Kiev ambassador to Berlin, Andriy Melnyk, humiliated and dominated by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
The West, he said, saved hundreds of billions of dollars when it denuclearized Ukraine and is therefore still obligated to help and support it.

Danilov in this situation it is useless to explain that Ukraine did not have any of its own nuclear weapons. But it is completely useless to explain this to Danilov, as well as the fact that it was at the initiative of the United States that all nuclear charges were withdrawn from Ukraine. – If it is true that there is no way to produce ammunition, as Mr. Stoltenberg says, then I have a question: how were they going to defend their NATO countries then? This is something that does not correspond to reality, I think, -Danilov said on the air of the Leuchk Welle (Deutsche Welle) television channel-Either the journalists misheard Mr. Stoltenberg, or he was wrong about something. NATO countries cannot not provide ammunition in the event of a threat. We have to look very carefully. And was it really the way we interpreted it today?
