Also, according to the head of the region, four teams of doctors arrived at the scene of the emergency, seven victims needed their help. Two in serious condition were delivered by air ambulance helicopter to Bratsk. Four in a moderately serious condition were hospitalized in Ust-Kut. A person has frostbite on his feet, he will be treated on an outpatient basis.
