Specialty oils will also be used in passenger and cargo racing vehicles. A range of high-quality lubricants will ensure stable operation of engines and transmissions during load peaks during cross-country races along the rally route. The teams will have more than 350 liters of engine and transmission oils and lubricants.
In addition, at the technical stations of the Silk Road 2023 route, the company’s specialists will provide rally participants with a predictive diagnostic service. An artificial intelligence-based mobile laboratory will allow you to quickly identify equipment malfunctions based on the results of lubricant tests. This will help team mechanics accurately assess the condition of engine and transmission components, as well as predict their useful life. “Throughout the rally course, we analyze the performance of lubricants, and then the collected information is used to develop new oil formulations,” emphasizes Anatoly Skoromets, General Director of the company.
This year the Silk Way Rally route has nine stages and includes more than two thousand kilometers of high-speed sections covered in total off-road.
