“According to the data received, one of the high school teachers during the educational process beat two sixth grade students several times with a belt, using their disobedience as a pretext for the use of force,” the report says.
Investigators are establishing the circumstances of the incident, after which a procedural decision will be made.
As previously reported, a video from a school in Ust-Labinsk, where a math teacher beats children with a belt in the classroom, circulated on social media. The Kuban prosecutor’s office began the check, and the Ust-Labinsky district administration reported that the teacher had already been fired.
