Ksenia Sobchak has been actively buying property abroad for the past two years. In 2022, it became known that the TV presenter bought an apartment in Dubai. True, Ksenia did not confirm these rumors. And now, finally, I decided to talk about my housing abroad.
“Yes, I bought an apartment in Dubai and here are the details. There have been stories in the media for 2 years, but there is no real information in any source. I am tired of gossip and decided to tell you everything personally,” the TV presenter said on her Telegram channel.
Sobchak completed the purchase of the apartment in March 2022. The TV presenter bought a three-room apartment with an area of 162 square meters in installments for $1.6 million (141.7 million rubles at the current exchange rate). The Sobchak apartment is located in the St. Regis Residences residential complex. Two high-rise towers are currently under construction and are expected to be ready in 2026.

The apartment will feature two bedrooms and a spacious living room. The windows offer views of downtown Dubai, including the iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
Ksenia admitted that the price of her property has increased significantly over the past two years. Now this apartment costs 1.9 million dollars (168 million rubles).
“Taking into account the amount paid in installments, the price increase is $300,000 or 28% of the invested capital,” the experts calculated.
Realizing that she could make a good profit, Ksenia was going to sell the apartment. According to the TV presenter, she wants to live in Russia and has no plans to move to the UAE. However, realtors convinced her that it was better to keep the house, because the price would only rise. And in the future, when the house is finished, the apartment can be rented for 136 thousand dollars (about 12 million rubles) a year, that is, about 11 thousand dollars (about a million rubles) a month and receive a return of 8% per annum.

Earlier, Ksenia mentioned that she does not trust banks, so she tries to immediately invest all her earnings in assets. Sobchak said that she was going to buy another apartment in the Emirates, but in a different place.
Sobchak has bought another foreign property in Indonesia. The TV presenter bought a villa on the island of Bali in the PARQ Blue residential complex. Ksenia herself spoke about this on social networks. The cost of two-bedroom villas with a pool starts at $390,000 (34.5 million rubles at the current exchange rate). The residential complex is located on the seafront.
