Ksenia Sobchak recently gave fans a video tour of her new home. The TV presenter decided to show off her mansion in the village of Gorky-8, which she lovingly built and finished for four whole years. As a result, according to the most conservative estimates, the house, together with the interior decoration, cost the TV presenter 300 million rubles (about 5 million dollars). Showing the exclusive interiors of her house, Ksenia made an unexpected confession: she still remains in Russia, including for this house. The hut cost him too much, and now Sobchak is simply sorry to leave it.

The TV presenter admitted that if she had known how political events in the country and in the world would develop from February of this year, she would never have started building a house. Ella Ksenia she would prefer to invest in a business abroad.

“Knowing me, we would already be building a great business somewhere in Serbia. But history doesn’t have a subjunctive mood, so we’re on cryptocurrencies, US dollars and stocks, we’re here guys,” Sobchak quipped.

Xenia really has something to lose. The home is replete with unique furnishings, plush rugs, and designer gadgets. Xenia’s favorite room is the living room combined with the dining room. There is plenty of light and air in this spacious space with 20-foot ceilings and picture windows. Sobchak showed the Christmas tree, which was installed and decorated by designers. Like the rest of the interior of the house, the living room is decorated in gray-beige tones: light-colored furniture, wood paneling, light-colored plank floors. On one of the walls you can see a unique art object from the Soviet era. Constructivist-style panels once adorned the administrative building near Nizhny Novgorod. Another panel – the Soviet mosaic “Friendship of Peoples” – was once part of the wall at the Dzerzhinsky plant. Now it is embedded in the wall of the terrace of the television presenter.

By the way, Ksenia has no problems with moving abroad. This fall, she became the owner of an Israeli passport, so she can leave Russia at any time. Ksenia also prepared for herself an alternate airfield abroad. The TV presenter bought real estate in the Emirates – an apartment in Dubai for 60 million rubles. Sobchak apartments occupy an area of 120 square meters and are located in the St. Regis Residences residential complex. Inside there are two bedrooms, the view of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper emerges from the rooms. Ksenia allegedly bought the apartment in the spring.

In addition to the new Sobchak mansion, family ties are also maintained in the homeland. The husband of the TV presenter, Konstantin Bogomolov, once publicly announced that he would not leave Russia. The artistic director of the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya told subscribers on social networks that he was not going to move to another country, because he saw no reason for it.

“I’m not tired of work. I am tired of the question: will you leave Russia? No. I have no reason to leave Russia. This is my country, which I love very much. The best country in the world”, wrote the director.

If Ksenia is actively building a “reserve airfield” for her abroad, then Konstantin really does not seem to have any reason to leave Russia. The director is loved by the audience, his performances are always sold out. Even after Sobchak’s hurried flight to Europe, Bogomolov did not change his usual schedule and regularly went on stage. He has scheduled performances in the main Moscow theaters and the shooting of his new series.
