This follows from a 2014 government decree. At the same time, during training sessions, the presence of these systems in cars is not required, since the existing GOST indicates that such cars can only be equipped with video recorders. .
However, if there is no video recorder in the training car, the student does not have the opportunity to see a reliable picture of the driving process, and in the event of an accident, there is no evidence proving his innocence, Sukharev explained.
