The desire to improve social status (16%), help others (15%), solve interesting problems (13%) and continue the family business (13%) also played a role.
At the age of 14-17, the motive associated with solving interesting problems sounds more often (27%). In the group from 18 to 24 years – the desire to work for oneself (43%) and benefit people (18%).
If we talk about the inspirations, vivid images and role models that influenced the decision of young people to start their own business, then the experience of other successful entrepreneurs is of great importance here. In addition to them, relatives, acquaintances and friends influence the choice of your business.
Nearly one in four entrepreneurs (23%) said they were inspired by business bloggers, including through their own example to their many online followers.
According to one in five, a successful example from an employer (20%) or reading business literature (19%) became an incentive to start a business.
