The Palace of Culture and Art brought together teams from all companies that are part of SUEK-Kuzbass, veterans of the coal industry, representatives of the Kuzbass government, heads of the territories where the company operates.
For 20 years, the company’s mines and cuttings brought to the surface more than 615 million tons of coal, introduced efficient and safe technologies, and set dozens of Russian and world productivity records.
Kuzbass Governor Sergey Tsivilev congratulated the team on the anniversary date. He pointed out that the company approached this date with decent productive results. Demonstrable achievements, a great reputation built over the years, the well-deserved trust of partners are a clear example of the professional work of the entire team. “Today, SUEK-Kuzbass is dynamically moving along the path of modernization, improving the industrial safety and labor protection system, implementing a multi-stage personnel training system and paying close attention to increasing production efficiency,” says the commemorative speech.
Congratulations on the anniversary of the General Director of SUEK JSC Alexander Redkin were expressed by the head of the Mining Division Vladimir Yakushev. It was emphasized that SUEK is proud of the Kuzbass mining equipment, its constant desire to be leaders in its difficult mining business, and there is no doubt that the potential of SUEK-Kuzbass companies will allow for more than a dozen years to produce reliable way ” black gold” bringing light and warmth to people.
Welcoming the participants, the General Director of JSC SUEK-Kuzbass, Mikhail Lupiy, thanked the veterans, “pioneers” who were at the origins of the company, and those who today continue their work, multiplying achievements. He pointed out that from the beginning the correct vector of development was taken, oriented towards the technical and systemic re-equipment that guarantees the safety of the miners’ work. A solid foundation has been created that made it possible to successfully solve complex production problems in the future.
At the solemn gathering, miners and industry veterans received regional, municipal and corporate awards. By tradition, the names of the best representatives of the profession were revealed as part of the Pride of SUEK competition. Among them – Groz mine them. Oleg Zinoviev from AD Rubana, Aleksey Simkin, a worker at the underground mine in Spetsnaladki, Alexander Chernov, an underground electrician at the Taldinskaya-Zapadnaya 2 mine, Viktor Shcherbinin, an underground electrician at Technological Communications. The team of Sergey Bezuglov (SM Kirov mine) was recognized as the best preparation team, and Igor Malakhov (Novaya 7 mine) was recognized as the best cleaning team. The best tunneling section – No. 7 in the mine. Kirov, the best treatment plant – No. 4 of the Komsomolets mine.
