As per established tradition, we aim to spend the summer as productively, intensely and together with BURO as possible. In the special Summer moodboard project, our friends, heroes and colleagues will talk about plans for the next three months and share specific locations that should definitely be on your must-see list for summer 2024.

I found myself in Paris in the middle of the first month of summer, where I watched with great pleasure the women’s and men’s finals of the Roland-Garros tennis tournament. I will spend a hot July in my beloved Moscow, especially since there are so many interesting exhibitions and festivals on the agenda.
Monday, as is commonly believed, is a difficult day, even for me. I will start breakfasting in the area; I choose the terrace of the Greek restaurant Eva. The food here is ready at 8:00 and is very tasty. Next are business meetings with partners and discussion of plans for the September trading season (yes, already). In the evening I will take advantage of the opportunity offered to the sponsors of the Pushkin Museum. A.S. Pushkin. I mean to visit the exhibition on Mondays during closing time. Currently there is the exhibition “The Three Times of Rome. Antiquity. Renaissance. Baroque” – I highly recommend it.
Half of the week is spent planning. Let’s see. The summer weekend of July 27-28 will see my Chess & Jazz festival at the Hermitage Garden, where chess and jazz lovers can make the most of intellectual games and live music. It’s also time to get their bearings for their vacation. It looks like it will be Morocco. After watching “Only Lovers Left Alive” with Tilda Swinton, I dream of visiting there: seeing Tangier, Casablanca, Marrakech, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Majorelle Garden with my own eyes. I know the editors have a complete guide; I read it with a bit of envy and promise to use tips.
On Tuesdays I have a very busy work schedule, but in the evenings I try to make time for myself. For this I have several favourite places: the massage in the salt cave at the Xella clinic and the spa space with pool at the Stella di Mosca hotel. I also try to read one book a week. Next up are “Aesthetic Intelligence” by Pauline Brown and “Strong Brand” by Alice Thibault.

During the day I work in the office, and after that I go for a walk and practice tennis in the evenings in Luzhniki. After Roland-Garros I decided to return to tennis, because as a child I was interested in it for several years. In my opinion, this is the most beautiful sport that requires endurance and vigor. But I don’t end the day here, but go to a friendly dinner on the terrace of Anchovy’s Club. I must eat: octopus mortadella and, in fact, myself.
Perhaps my favourite day of the week, because you can work from home. I start with breakfast. I usually cook it myself, something simple, like a vegetable scramble. After work calls, I like to unwind a bit and take a walk around the centre. Alternatively, stop by for a cocktail at the Krivokolenny 9s3 bar.

My friend and I agreed to go to Gus-Khrustalny. One of the largest glass-making enterprises in the country, the subject of our research, has been operating here since the 18th century. Anyone can visit the Gusevskaya Glass Factory and follow the complex and painstaking process of creating glass art works. The city is also famous for its rich history, culture and centuries-old traditions. Well, let’s get acquainted!
A day when I don’t plan anything specifically. I usually allow myself to recover and sleep until lunchtime. This is a time to relax, immerse myself and enjoy the moment. No rush or stress, just peace and harmony. I can spend the day doing what I love: watching a movie or just listening to the silence. Sunday is the time when I can forget about everyday life and be myself.
