The incident occurred on Uchitelskaya Street (Kalininsky district of the city). A witness reported the incident to the police. According to him, late in the evening an unknown person in a car shot him with a pistol. The vehicle then drove away from the scene.
The alleged attacker was arrested without delay. He turned out to be a 31-year-old man from Petersburg.
He admitted that, out of hooligan motives, he fired several shots with a traumatic pistol in the direction of a man who was walking his dog.
No one was injured. A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism”.
