Svetlana Loboda, who moved to Europe a year ago, will not be able to come to Russia soon: the self-proclaimed superstar is banned from the country for 50 years for her Russophobic statements. However, here the singer left expensive property – a three-room apartment in Moscow and a mansion in the Moscow region, which was recently put up for sale.
As the KP.RU site found out, several luxury real estate agencies offer to buy a country house with a 1-hectare plot on the Novorizhskoye highway. The price of the lot varies from 630 to 650 million rubles. In addition, the real estate can be rented for 1 million per month.

In the Loboda mansions there are three floors: four rooms, a kitchen, a hall, two dining rooms, a living room with a transition to a 10*10 meter pool, several bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large and a small dressing room. , a billiard room with a bar, an office, a library, a gym, a laundry… On the site there is a garage for three cars (this building is combined with a staff house), parking for 12 cars, a summer kitchen, gazebo and barbecue area. In the garden, where more than 300 trees grow (fir, pine, birch and trees of life), the designer has worked: there is an “expensive park landscape” and Japanese carp live in the pond. Video surveillance is installed around the entire perimeter, and most importantly, all this beauty is hidden from prying eyes.

However, experts doubt that Loboda can easily sell the property, even if it has been re-registered to someone else. In particular, about his security guard: such information was published by the media last year.
“Most likely, Loboda will sell the house through an intermediary by proxy, which he could issue abroad,” said star lawyer Andrei Aleshkin. – Or the house was donated to someone, and the new owner put the mansion up for sale.
