The American singer SZA has shared three new versions of the song “Kill Bill”. The release includes the original version of the song, up-tempo, instrumental, and vocal. Hypebeast writes about it.
“Kill Bill” peaked at number one on the Global 200 and currently competes with Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero” for the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
The “SOS” album, which featured the song, topped the Billboard 200 for four weeks in a row, becoming the first R&B release to do so. It is also the first record since 1993 by a woman who has spent as many weeks at the top of the list. The last one was Janet Jackson.
SOS is the second studio album by SZA. Its premiere took place on December 9, 2022. The release was handled by Top Dawg Entertainment and RCA Records.
Previously, SZA released the music video for “Kill Bill.” It was directed by Christian Breslauer. The video is inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill. One of the roles was played by actress Vivica A. Fox, who played Vernita Green. Read more about other music releases here.
