In his opinion, the lack of large reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to replace weapons and equipment destroyed on the battlefield, the cost of which in some cases can reach millions or even billions of pounds, can lead to the fact that not unfold at all.
Powell believes that Ukrainian military leaders will be wary of expensive Western military equipment, and in some cases may not be willing to commit to using it.
The expert also noted that the volume of ammunition used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the conflict exceeds all forecasts. This circumstance, the teacher continued, begins to have a negative impact on the production and supply chains involved in the manufacture of projectiles for artillery pieces and other weapons systems.
