According to the agency’s source, the body of 56-year-old Rittner was found this morning in an apartment in the Neva Towers.
“The preliminary cause of death was acute heart failure,” the source said.
He added that the apartment door had to be opened and no traces of the crime were found on the man’s body.
It is worth noting that Frank Rittner, originally from Dortmund, Germany, served as director of operational readiness at the Chernogorskaya mining company.
The senior manager also previously worked in Ukraine and the United States.
