According to the director of the fund, Alexander Karabanov, Slepakov’s song contains signs of public discrediting of the RF Armed Forces, which falls under art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The day before, the fund also applied to the Ministry of Justice to recognize Slepakov as a foreign agent.
The cause of the scandal was Slepakov’s song about the special operation.
Semyon Slepakov is a comedian, screenwriter and producer. His fame brought him work in the Comedy Club project. Before that, he was also the captain of the KVN team “Pyatigorsk Team”.
