The weather clearly indicates that it is time to have breakfast in a good cafe, lunch on a shady terrace and dinner on a patio full of people. We’ve collected five Telegram channels that will tell you where to eat and drink deliciously on the maps of Moscow, St. Petersburg and beyond.

According to the already established tradition, we begin with the resources of the BURO columnists and observers. In the gastronomic category it is, of course, Hedonistcats by Yulia Susova. Here we are looking for complete collections of everything important and necessary. For example, terraces or hotels. Julia also reports on the most interesting discoveries and news from her favorite restaurants.

At GoEat, we read in-depth reviews of new places (with a special thanks to the must-try representative ones), study restaurant selections by dish or product (e.g. morels), and learn about interesting food collaborations. We’ve already decided where to go for scones (except Zoe) and where the best bubble tea in Moscow is.

Co-authors Katya Laskova and Amy Aloyan don’t limit themselves to restaurant reviews, but discreetly include them in lifestyle notes, making us even more confident in their choice. Among other things, recipes (brownie cookies or pasta with cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese) are sent to those saved from here.

“About Moscow restaurants quickly and directly,” summarizes the experienced “foodie” Sasha in the channel header. It includes reviews of establishments in a list of dishes tasted, comments on the interior, current special offers, and general observations about portion sizes, service, and food freshness, among other things.

In the Yandex Food media we curiously follow the “10 favorite places” section with guest heroes. Among them were, for example, the founder of Pitkina Nata Pitkina, the author of “Make a Simpler Face” Lisa Parfenova and the editor-in-chief of Now Media Mark Smirnov.

Articles on the topic.
