The ten new tracks combine the recklessness of their early ’90s albums and ballads with soul-wrenching intonations and undertones that some would call “crying.” Although more precisely these feelings can be defined as participation and compassion, for which Bulanova’s songs have always been especially loved by women.
For the album “Tanya, breathe!” the singer changed composers again. St. Petersburg composers Andrey Ivanov and Dmitry Rubin (a member of the first composition of The Secret) worked with her on the previous one – “The Only Home”. The album was not very popular. Perhaps that is why now Tatyana Bulanova has attracted the composer Igor Latyshko and the poetess Irina Mishina to cooperate.
Obviously, the performer decided to update the sound, arrangements and make her 23rd studio album more relevant and fashionable. She succeeded.
As a result, some new songs (“Tanya, breathe!”, “I feel lonely without you”, “You are my space”), will surely immediately hit the discos. And others will try to teach the fans (and especially the fans) to finally love with joy and without conflicts (“Love in zero gravity”, “Not in a couple”, etc.).
The change of co-authors is a characteristic habit of Bulanova when it comes to updating the repertoire. So it was in recent years, when Oleg Molchanov, Vadim “Python” Volodin, then Oleg Popkov, then DJ Tsvetkov (aka Alexei Tsvetkov) collaborated with the singer.
A full presentation of the album already for a wide audience is scheduled for April 9 at Crocus City Hall in Moscow.
