The menu, together with the chef Yuri Golovym, was made by Tatyana Bulanova herself, who cooks well. First of all, of my favorite Italian dishes. There is also a lot of culinary exoticism in it, unusual for the northern capital.
The singer visits the restaurant in her spare time from touring and concerts, although she has an office there. She herself monitors what is happening in the “Gastronomy in a new way”, and sometimes comes here to eat with her family.
At the same time, initially the idea for Bulanova was just the opening of a family restaurant. And in the future – and a new chain of restaurants.

– My favorite is the strawberry soup with cold Prosecco. It gives it so much sweetness, and Prosecco (sour, low-alcohol Italian sparkling wine – Approx. ed.) balances it all out. I also really like all the sandwiches with bread. But my top is pasta with crab. I always order it myself.
