Telefónica grows in all markets and raises the reported sales for the first time since 2015 the net financial debt. The group maintains objectives for the year 2023 and confirms the payment of a cash dividend identical to the current one: 0.30 euros per share.
Specifically, the year closed in telecommunications with 39,990 million euros in revenue, which represents a 1.8% reported growth. This occurs thanks to the rise of 5.4% during the fourth quarter of the year. After several years with reductions in sales, especially impacted by currencies, it achieved growth in all markets, including Latin America, where in the fourth quarter of the year there was indeed a drop of 8%.
